2. Scope of Services

New Age Cargo LLP provides specialized logistics and cargo transportation services, including Heavy ODC Transportation, High Bed Trailer Transportation, Puller with Hydraulic Axle Transportation, Project Logistics, Sea Freight, Air Freight, and other customized transportation solutions. All service quotes and transportation arrangements are subject to cargo specifications, equipment availability, route conditions, required permissions, and applicable regulatory requirements at the time of service.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers booking transportation and logistics services are responsible for ensuring that:

• The cargo is properly packed, prepared, secured, and suitable for safe handling and transportation.
• All cargo details, including weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and required documentation, are complete and accurate.
• All required permits, declarations, invoices, E-Way Bills, and other applicable documents are provided accurately and on time.
• Loading and unloading locations are safe and provide suitable access for the required transportation equipment.

4. Limitations of Liability

New Age Cargo LLP will make reasonable efforts to complete transportation within the agreed or estimated timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road restrictions, public strikes, government or regulatory requirements, traffic conditions, accidents, route changes, or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service, along with any separate transportation or logistics agreements, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the matter.
